Project Manager of a Mobile Advertising System project (Oct.2008-Nov.2009)Description: This is an outsourcing project. We develop and deliver cell phone application to customer to support trial launch and commercial launch all over the world. It’s a multi-platform based application developed by multi-site, customer located in Singapore.Responsibilities:? Manage a R&D team located in 3 different sites, responsible for the whole project.? Communicate with customer on R&D and product scope at program level.? Deploy product along with customer, support trial and commercial live service.? Help customer to achieve their business goal.?
