My key responsibilities as below,1st, lead the Electronics control design according to the requirements from marketing or propose own design to customers , including schematic drawing design, components approval, PCB layout, design verification test, reliability test, etc;
2nd, drive the team to achieve the final task of the projects, including pilot follow up, cost review, efficiency improvement, etc;
3rd, Cost reducing via design optimization;4th, build the Components Incoming inspection standard for the parts such as valve, float switch, heating elements, LED, LCD, motor, etc.Achievements,1st, lead the ODM project named Age24 for GE Appliance successfully;
2nd, design the compact Dishwasher for LG and win AAA class, the top one level performance by VDE;3rd, work together with Emerson WCT to transfer the Hidden Heating Elements be a local sourcing part and cost down about 20 percent;Battenfeld-Chen is a Joint Venture between Germany and Hongkong,a professional factory for the plastic machine including Film Blowing System,PVC Tube machine,etc.My main responsibility is to design the electrical part of the Film Blowing System together with the engineers from Germany,we successfully realizated the design optimization that all the components to be purchased local.I report to the R&D manager. 1st, Define the program goal and target;
2nd, Oversee the day-to-day program activities;- Order management - forecast, order commitment, delivery, billing, AR collection
